I wrote this today as I could not finalise some previous work and struggled to find a muse. This sprang into my head and away I went. Hope you are inspired by Uninspired.
Uninspired
Your dried up and your flow is wrong.
Your days of penning seem so long.
The flare you had just can’t be fired.
Your lost and feeling uninspired.
Remember why you write those lines.
Freeing you from your confines.
How your words can bring a tear.
And fill a heart with dread or fear.
How your words can be a precious find.
Make a difference or change a mind.
Your words are from your very heart.
They define ‘you’ as you impart.
